Pros
- Well Reviewed by Tech Press: Tom's Guide gave the Doro S300 an Editor's Choice award in February 2024, Expert Reviews named the M57 its best budget office chair in October 2026, and TechRadar has tested five Sihoo models.
- Adjustable Fit for Most Bodies: The Doro C300 Pro V2 fits users from 4'11" to 6'3" with 1.6 inches of seat-depth travel and three recline positions, and Sihoo rates the C300 Pro, S300, M57 and M18 for up to 330 lb.
- Free Shipping From Local Warehouses: Orders ship free to the contiguous US and Canada from five US and two Canadian warehouses, with 1 to 2 business days of processing and 3 to 5 business days in transit in the US.
Cons
- The crossed-out prices on Sihoo's store are not a reliable guide, because archived product pages show them rising while the real price held or went up (the M18 sold for $149.99 in August 2025 and $169.99 on 1 November 2026), so judge each chair by the price you actually pay and compare it with other retailers before buying.
- Free returns cover only unused chairs in their original packaging within 30 days, the Terms of Service separately say return shipping is deducted from refunds, and the BBB rates Sihoo's US company F for two unanswered complaints, so keep the box, inspect each part as you assemble, and ask support to confirm the return terms by email first.
The Verdict
What sets Sihoo apart is how much adjustment it packs into mid-priced mesh office chairs: Sihoo has made office chairs since 2011, and its range runs from simple mesh chairs to the spring-loaded Doro series. The Doro C300 Pro V2 fits users from 4'11" to 6'3", with 1.6 inches of seat-depth travel, recline stops at 105, 120 and 135 degrees and 8D armrests; the Doro S300 adds an anti-gravity recline to 138 degrees, two adjustable lumbar pads and a five-level upper backrest. Reviewers broadly back the comfort: Tom's Guide made the S300 an Editor's Choice, TechRadar called the C300 Pro V2 very comfortable and highly adjustable, and Expert Reviews names the M57 its best budget office chair. The complaint they share is armrests that move too easily when you lean on them. Prices on 1 November 2026 started at $169.99 for the M18, $179.99 for the M102C Pro and $199.99 for the B100 with a cushioned seat, rising to $239.99 for the M57, $259.99 for the B300 Pro, $279.99 for the Doro C300, $359.99 for the C300 Pro, $429.99 for the C300 Pro V2 and $599.99 for the S300; footrest versions cost $30 to $50 more. Shipping is free to the contiguous US and Canada, orders leave one of five US warehouses in 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive 3 to 5 business days later, and Sihoo's Black Friday page promises email subscribers $30 off orders over $200 or $50 off orders over $400 from 6 November to 2 December. The reservations are about pricing and after-sales. Archived pages show Sihoo's crossed-out prices climbing while the price you pay held steady or rose, so ignore the claimed discount and compare the real price with other retailers. Free returns within 30 days apply only to unused chairs in their original packaging, the Terms of Service also mention deducting return shipping, Trustpilot shows 4.3 out of 5 from 650 reviews but 20% one-star, often about slow replies and returns, and the BBB rates the US company F for two unanswered complaints. Sihoo says its chairs are certified by BIFMA and SGS but publishes no report number, and reviewers took 30 to 45 minutes to assemble them. Measure your height and desk first, keep the box for 30 days, and set a price alert rather than buying on a countdown.
Adjustable Ergonomic Mesh Office Chairs With Free US and Canada Shipping
Sihoo is an office-chair brand founded in 2011; its About page names Shenzhen Sihoo Intelligent Home Co., Ltd. in China as the brand owner, with manufacturing in Foshan, and SIHOO Intelligent Home USA Ltd. of 1226 North King St., Wilmington, Delaware, as the US operator. Its US store at sihoo.com prices in US dollars and ships to the US and Canada, while separate Sihoo stores serve Canada in Canadian dollars, the UK and Australia. The range is ergonomic chairs: the Doro C300, C300 Pro, C300 Pro V2, C300 Ultra V2 and S300, plus the B100, B100 Pro, B300 Pro, M18, M57, M56C, M59AS and M102C Pro; the D03 standing desk and D01 side table were sold out on 1 November 2026.
On 1 November 2026 the M18 cost $169.99, the M102C Pro $179.99, the M56C $184.99 and the B100 $199.99 with a cushioned seat or $219.99 with mesh. The M57 and M59AS were $239.99, the B300 Pro $259.99, the Doro C300 $279.99, the C300 Pro $359.99, the C300 Pro V2 $429.99, the S300 $599.99 and the C300 Ultra V2 $609.99, with white or footrest versions $10 to $50 more. The store shows crossed-out prices on most chairs, but archived pages show those figures rising while selling prices held or rose (the M57 sold for $198.99 in June 2025), so treat the price you pay as the real one.
Shipping is free to the contiguous US (not Alaska, Hawaii or offshore islands) and to Canada outside the territories; orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, ship from warehouses in Pomona, Edison, Houston, Atlanta and Woodridge, and take 3 to 5 business days in the US or 5 to 7 in Canada, and no Christmas order-by date was published. Every chair needs assembly: TechRadar's reviewer took about 30 minutes to build the C300 Pro V2 and about 45 minutes for the S300. Sihoo rates the C300 Pro, S300, M57 and M18 for up to 330 lb and says its chairs are certified by BIFMA and SGS (the C300 Pro V2 page says tested to BIFMA, SGS and TÜV standards), but it publishes no report numbers and offers certificates only on request.
Returns and replacements are free within 30 days of delivery for unused chairs in their original packaging, damage must be reported within a week with photos, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 days; the Terms of Service, however, allow cancellation only within 1 hour of ordering and before 12pm Central and say return shipping is deducted from refunds. The 3-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects, structural failures and mechanical issues on chairs bought from Sihoo's US site, usually with a free replacement part, and excludes wear such as fabric fading or pilling. Trustpilot shows 4.3 out of 5 from 650 reviews with 20% one-star and replies to 13% of negative reviews, and the BBB rates SIHOO Intelligent Home USA Ltd F for two unanswered complaints; press reviews from Tom's Guide, TechRadar and Expert Reviews praise the comfort and criticize loose armrests.
Sihoo: what to know before you buy
Sihoo sells adjustable mesh office chairs from about $170 to about $620, shipped free from US warehouses. Here is how its chairs compare, what returns and the warranty cover, and why to judge its prices by what you pay.
Shipping, returns & warranty
Sihoo's US store ships free to the contiguous United States and to Canada outside Nunavut, the Northwest Territories and Yukon; it does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US offshore islands. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days in the US or 5 to 7 in Canada, from Sihoo warehouses in Pomona CA, Edison NJ, Houston TX, Atlanta GA and Woodridge IL (Mississauga and Richmond, BC for Canada). Every order is tracked. No Christmas order-by date was published on 1 November 2026, so order early in December.
Returns and replacements are free within 30 days of delivery if the chair is unused, in its original packaging and in the condition it arrived, with proof of purchase; email [email protected] to start one. Damaged, defective or wrong items must be reported within one week with photos of the box and product, and approved refunds reach the original payment method within 7 days. The Terms of Service are stricter: cancellation only within 1 hour of ordering and before 12pm Central, and return shipping deducted from refunds, so get the cost confirmed in writing first.
The 3-year limited warranty starts on the purchase date, applies to chairs bought on Sihoo's US site and activates automatically. It covers manufacturing defects, structural failures and mechanical issues, usually with a free replacement part, and excludes normal wear such as fabric fading or pilling, misuse, sun or chemical damage and non-Sihoo parts. Send the order number with photos or video of the fault.
Sihoo product lines
The M series is Sihoo's budget line. The M18 pairs a cushioned seat with a mesh back, dual-adjustable lumbar support and a 126-degree recline; the M57 is all mesh with 3D armrests; the M59AS has a two-part backrest and flip-up armrests; the M56C has a wide dynamic lumbar pad; and the M102C Pro is the simplest foam-seat model.
The B series sits in the middle. The B100 offers a mesh or cushioned seat, flip-up armrests and a 135-degree recline, the B100 Pro adds responsive lumbar support and 4D armrests, and the B300 Pro adds 4D lumbar support, 6D armrests, a 2.2-inch backrest height range and 2 inches of seat-depth adjustment for users from 5'1" to 6'3".
The Doro series is the premium range. The Doro C300 has self-adaptive lumbar support, 4D armrests and a weight-sensing recline; the C300 Pro adds seat-depth adjustment and 6D armrests; the C300 Pro V2 adds 8D armrests and Sihoo's second-generation self-adaptive lumbar support; and the C300 Ultra V2 adds a four-spring seat suspension and an aluminum backrest frame. The Doro S300 has an anti-gravity recline, two lumbar pads and a five-level upper backrest. Several models come in a footrest version for $30 to $50 more. Sihoo's D03 standing desk and D01 side table were sold out on 1 November 2026.
How to choose a Sihoo chair
Start with your height and how you sit. The C300 Pro V2 is listed for users from 4'11" to 6'3" and the B300 Pro and C300 Pro for about 5' to 6'3". The original Doro C300 has no seat-depth adjustment, and AppleInsider's testers found its fixed lumbar support and headrest a poor fit for people under about 5'4" or over 6'2", so shorter or taller buyers should look at the Pro models. Check the weight rating too: Sihoo lists 330 lb for the C300 Pro, S300, M57 and M18.
If you run warm, all-mesh models such as the M57, the mesh B100 and the Doro chairs keep air moving; if you prefer padding, the M18 and the cushioned B100 have foam seats. If you lean back a lot, note that the Doro chairs recline in set positions (the C300 Pro V2 at 105, 120 and 135 degrees) rather than locking anywhere, and reviewers at Tom's Guide and TechRadar found the Doro armrests move too easily when leaned on.
Allow 30 to 45 minutes to assemble a Doro chair, and keep every box and bag until you are sure, because free returns need the original packaging. The Doro chairs are large: TechRadar's reviewer felt the C300 Pro V2 looks massive next to a 48-inch desk and fits better with desks around 60 inches wide.
Deals & pricing
Prices read on 1 November 2026: M18 $169.99, M102C Pro $179.99, M56C $184.99, B100 from $199.99, M57 and M59AS $239.99, B300 Pro from $259.99, Doro C300 from $279.99, C300 Pro from $359.99, C300 Pro V2 from $429.99, S300 $599.99 and C300 Ultra V2 $609.99.
Sihoo shows a crossed-out price on most chairs, but archived copies of its product pages show those figures rising over time while the price customers paid held steady or went up. The M57, for example, sold for $198.99 in June 2025 and $239.99 on 1 November 2026. Treat the current selling price as the real price, compare it with other retailers, and do not rely on the size of the claimed saving.
For Black Friday 2026, Sihoo's page offers email subscribers a code (sent 6 November, valid to 2 December) worth $30 off orders over $200 or $50 off orders over $400, one per order and not combinable, plus an extra $30 off two chairs or $50 off three. There is no public code. To catch a genuine drop, set a price alert on In-Right's Watchlist at /watchlist/.

Sihoo: questions people ask
Straight answers about Sihoo, then how this review was written and stays independent.
About Sihoo
Is Sihoo legit?
Yes. Sihoo is an established office-chair brand owned by Shenzhen Sihoo Intelligent Home Co., Ltd., with a US company in Delaware, five US warehouses and chairs reviewed by Tom's Guide, TechRadar and Expert Reviews. Its service record is mixed: Trustpilot shows 4.3 out of 5 from 650 reviews but 20% one-star, and the BBB rates the US company F for two unanswered complaints. Its crossed-out prices have risen over time, so judge a chair by the price you pay.
What is Sihoo's return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or replace a chair free of charge if it is unused, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase; start by emailing [email protected]. Report damaged, defective or wrong items within one week with photos. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 7 days. Sihoo's Terms of Service separately allow cancellation only within 1 hour of ordering and mention deducting return shipping, so confirm costs with support first.
How long is the Sihoo warranty?
Three years from the purchase date for chairs bought on Sihoo's official US website, activated automatically. It covers manufacturing defects, structural failures and mechanical problems, usually with a free replacement part. Normal wear such as fabric fading or pilling, misuse, sun or chemical damage and non-Sihoo parts are excluded. Send claims to [email protected] with your order number and photos or video. Chairs bought from other sellers get only limited coverage.
Does Sihoo ship to Canada, the UK or Australia?
The US store ships free to Canada (not Nunavut, the Northwest Territories or Yukon), usually in 5 to 7 business days from warehouses in Mississauga and Richmond, BC, and Sihoo also runs a Canadian store priced in Canadian dollars. The UK and Australia have their own Sihoo stores, uk.sihoo.com in pounds and sihoo.com.au in Australian dollars; the US store does not ship there. It also does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Where are Sihoo chairs made?
Sihoo's About page says its chairs are manufactured in Foshan, China. The brand owner is Shenzhen Sihoo Intelligent Home Co., Ltd., and US sales run through SIHOO Intelligent Home USA Ltd. in Wilmington, Delaware. US orders ship from Sihoo warehouses in California, New Jersey, Texas, Georgia and Illinois.
Are Sihoo's sale prices real discounts?
Treat them with caution. Archived Sihoo product pages show the crossed-out prices rising over time while the selling price held steady or rose; the M18, for example, sold for $149.99 in August 2025 and $169.99 on 1 November 2026. Judge each chair by its actual price, compare it with other retailers, and set a price alert on In-Right's Watchlist (/watchlist/) to catch a genuine drop.
About this review
Is this Sihoo review sponsored?
No. Sihoo did not pay for this write-up, see it before publication, or have any say in the verdict. If we earn anything it is a commission after you buy, and it comes out of the merchant’s margin rather than your price.
How was the Sihoo assessed?
By using it and by checking the claims made about it against what it actually does. Where our time with something has been limited, the review says so rather than implying more testing than happened.
What else have you reviewed in Home & Garden?
Everything in Home & Garden sits in the review library, where you can filter by budget and sort by rating, price or how recently it landed.
Do you update reviews after publishing?
Yes — when a product changes, when a price moves for good, or when we get something wrong. Corrections are made on the piece itself with a note saying what changed.
