Shipping, returns & warranty
US orders ship free by express within one business day and usually arrive in two to seven business days; remote addresses may cost extra, and the US store ships only within the US. Canada has its own store at ca.govee.com.
Uninstalled, undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, with the original packaging, accessories, manual and any gifts. You request the return first, wait for approval, then ship within seven days at your own cost. Orders placed between October 1 and December 31, 2026 can be returned until January 31, 2027, and refurbished items are excluded.
The limited warranty is 12 months on standard products bought directly from Govee, 90 days on test products and points redemptions, and valid only in the country of purchase. Installation costs are yours, and products bought from retailers are serviced by that retailer.
