Cookies by Design Corporate Gifts

Corporate gifts ship nationwide by UPS or are hand delivered by a local Cookies by Design shop in select areas, to a single address or a long list of them. Website prices do not include delivery: the Gifting Specialist calculates a fee for each address from the order size and location, so ask for the delivered total before you approve. UPS ground aims for the chosen weekday but is not guaranteed and can arrive a day early or late; UPS overnight is guaranteed by UPS, with late claims made to UPS.

The program does not deliver outside the US, and the store's delivery rules exclude Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and PO Box addresses. Offices in Canada, Australia or the UK will need a local supplier.

There is no warranty on food, and custom products are final sale. Because everything is baked to order, cancellations are not accepted within five days of delivery or shipping, and full payment is due inside that window. If a gift arrives broken, wrong or with a quality problem, email the order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery; the company may replace it, give store credit or refund it at its discretion.

Logo cookies are the core of the program. Rectangle, round and square shapes come in two sizes, from a small 2-by-3-inch rectangle (2.4 oz) to a large 3-by-4-inch rectangle (4 oz), all about 3/8 inch thick, with plain, decorative or embellished borders, each wrapped in a cello bag tied with a ribbon. Small rectangle and round cookies cost $4.99 each and large ones $8.99.

For a fuller gift, a logo can be added free to any cookie bouquet, such as Many Thanks with Custom Logo from $55.99 or its BouTray version from $85.99. Boxed options include the Welcome Back with Logo Cookie Gift Box at $12.99 and the Gourmet Gift Box with Logo at $19.99, and the Corporate Cookie Gift Basket costs $54.99.

The corporate holiday collection adds the Tis the Season Logo Gift Basket from $49.99, the Sweet Treats Logo Sampler at $39.99, Logo Cookies - Warm Holiday Wishes at $89.99, the Gift Box Tower at $95.99 and seasonal pieces such as the Santa Sweet Treat Sampler Box at $29.99.

Start with the recipient list and a budget per person. Individually wrapped logo cookies at $4.99 or $8.99 suit large teams, events and welcome packs, while a logo box, basket or bouquet suits key clients. Remember the 12-cookie minimum on logo cookies and that delivery is added for each address.

Prepare a 300dpi high-resolution logo file and email it to [email protected] with the order. Logo cookies need 7 business days, other orders a delivery date at least 4 days out and larger custom orders about a week, and cancellations are not accepted within five days of dispatch, so confirm names and addresses before production starts.

Ask the Gifting Specialist about invoicing, which needs prior approval and is paid by card or ACH, and about discounts for repeat, monthly or bulk orders. Check allergies too: the cookies may contain wheat, soy, milk, eggs, tree nuts and peanuts, and there are no gluten-free or sugar-free options.

Corporate pricing is quoted rather than discounted at checkout: the program promises the same product price and delivery to every location, with discounts for multiple, monthly or large bulk orders arranged through the Gifting Specialist. The current homepage promotion excludes corporate sales, logo cookies and custom orders, and the store's FAQ says promotions may not apply to visits that arrive from affiliate sites, so plan on the listed prices.
