C4 Performance Energy is the core can: 16oz, 200mg of caffeine, zero sugar, no artificial colors, CarnoSyn beta-alanine and BetaPower betaine, and NSF Certified for Sport according to Nutrabolt. It comes in flavors such as Frozen Bombsicle, Cereal Killer, Strawberry Blast, Sour Gummy Splash, Mango Fuego, Cosmic Rainbow and Cherry Limeade, plus licensed JOLLY RANCHER, Popsicle and Hawaiian Punch cans and team editions for the Knicks, Heat and Celtics.

C4 Ultimate Energy is the strongest at 300mg per 16oz can, in flavors including Arctic Snow Cone, Fruit Punch and Electric Sour Apple; the Ultimate Frost cans add TeaCrine and Dynamine and a can that changes color when cold.

C4 Smart Energy is a 12oz can with 200mg of caffeine from green coffee beans and Cognizin, in Peach Mango, Strawberry Guava, Watermelon Burst and more, with Blue Raspberry and Black Cherry sold online only. The Candy Variety Pack holds 24 12oz cans at 150mg each, and C4 Energy Non Carbonated (12oz bottles) and C4 Energy Shots (2oz) both carry 200mg.

Start with the caffeine. If you rarely drink energy drinks, the 150mg Candy Variety Pack or a 200mg C4 Performance or Smart can is the gentler place to begin; C4 Ultimate's 300mg suits people who already know how they handle caffeine. The FDA says 400mg a day is not generally associated with negative effects for most healthy adults, so add up coffee, tea and pre-workout too.

Pick the format next: 16oz Performance and Ultimate cans, a smaller 12oz Smart can, still 12oz bottles if you dislike carbonation, or 2oz shots for a bag or pocket.

If you compete in a drug-tested sport, choose C4 Performance Energy, the line Nutrabolt says is NSF Certified for Sport, and confirm the flavor in NSF's database. The labels say these drinks are for adults and not for anyone pregnant or nursing.

Cellucor.com ships only to US addresses and not to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories. Orders over $55 and all subscriptions ship free; ground orders take 5 to 10 days including processing, from warehouses across the US by UPS or USPS, and large orders can arrive in more than one box. Expedited overnight or 2-day orders placed before 1 pm Central usually ship the same day. Shoppers in Canada, Australia and the UK cannot order from the site, and Cellucor points them to its international distributors and iHerb. Cellucor publishes no Christmas order-by date, so allow the full 10 days of ground shipping before the holidays.

The help center's official policy is a 90-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on site purchases, with a refund or replacement against proof of purchase; quote your order number with the DC prefix. The store's older refund page still says 30 days, so contact the Care Team early. Optional Narvar Secure insures the parcel against loss, theft or damage and cannot be refunded once you order.
