Drop images here or click to chooseJPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, BMP, SVG, HEIC — or paste from your clipboard

Uses MozJPEG for JPG, OxiPNG for PNG and the slowest WebP and AVIF settings: often 10–30% smaller at the same quality.

Converted files have location and camera data (EXIF) removed.

    How to use it

    1. Drop your JPG files.
    2. PNG is already selected. Tick Maximum compression for smaller files.
    3. Download each PNG, or all of them as a ZIP.

    Questions

Are my files uploaded to your servers?

No. The tool runs entirely inside your browser — your files are processed on your own device and never sent to In-Right or anyone else. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it still works.

Does converting to PNG improve quality?

No. PNG is lossless from this point on, so further edits won't lose quality, but detail already lost in the JPG can't come back.

Why is the PNG bigger than the JPG?

PNG stores every pixel exactly, while JPG throws away detail you rarely notice. Photos as PNG are often 3 to 10 times larger. Maximum compression (OxiPNG) trims PNGs further without changing any pixels.

Can I make the background transparent?

Converting keeps the background as it is. Use the In-Right background remover to cut out the subject first, then save it as PNG.

How many images can I do at once?

Guests can process 10 images at a time, up to 25 MB each. A free account raises that to 50 images, and In-Right Pro to 500.
