How to use it

  2. Fill in the fields on the right. Click a highlighted box on the page to jump to its field.
  3. Click Create filled PDF and download it. Choose Flatten if the answers should no longer be editable.

Questions

Are my files uploaded to your servers?

No. The tool runs entirely inside your browser — your files are processed on your own device and never sent to In-Right or anyone else. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it still works.

What does "Flatten" do?

It turns your answers into part of the page, so they look the same everywhere and can no longer be changed. Leave it off if someone else still needs to edit the form.

Which forms work?

Standard PDF forms (AcroForm, the form technology defined in the PDF standard ISO 32000): text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns and list boxes. Older Adobe XFA forms are deprecated in PDF 2.0 (ISO 32000-2) and only their standard fields can be filled here.

My PDF has no fillable fields. What now?

Use Add text to PDF instead: click anywhere on the page and type. The tool offers to open the file there for you.

Can I sign the form too?

Yes. After saving, choose Sign under "Continue with" to add your signature, initials and the date.

Does it work with password-protected PDFs?

Not yet. Open the PDF in your reader, remove the password (or use "Print to PDF" to save an unlocked copy), then add that copy here.
