Questions

Are my files uploaded to your servers?

No. The tool runs entirely inside your browser — your files are processed on your own device and never sent to In-Right or anyone else. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it still works.

Can I edit the text that is already in the PDF?

No. This adds new text on top of the page. Changing existing text needs a full PDF editor, because PDFs store text as positioned glyphs rather than paragraphs.

Which letters can I type?

Any. Latin text is saved as real, selectable PDF text in Helvetica. Other scripts, such as Cyrillic, Greek, Arabic or Chinese, are saved as a sharp 300 DPI image of the text so they always show correctly.

My form has boxes I can click into. Should I use this?

For forms with real fillable fields, Fill PDF form is better: it lists every field and keeps the form working. Use Add text for flat forms without fields.

Does it work with password-protected PDFs?

Not yet. Open the PDF in your reader, remove the password (or use "Print to PDF" to save an unlocked copy), then add that copy here.
