Where they go
H10 is the wider network, with around 70 hotels across Spain, Italy, the UK, Germany, Portugal, France, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, from The One Barcelona to the Ocean all-inclusive resorts. Senator is more concentrated, with more than 40 beach and city hotels across mainland Spain, Mallorca and Menorca, plus Senator Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic. If your trip crosses Europe's capitals, H10 covers more of it.
Booking direct
Both groups reward booking on their own sites with a free club. H10 Rewards guarantees 5% off direct bookings, with a further 5% to 7% through the app. My Senator opens at 5%, rises to 8% from 11 nights and 12% at the top tiers, and stacks with published offers such as 15% Early Booking at 60 days out, which gives Senator the deeper discount for regular guests.
Terms and reviews
Cancellation is set rate by rate at H10, from free until noon the day before arrival to non-refundable, and offer by offer at Senator, where flexible rates usually charge one night inside 24 or 48 hours. H10's flagships score 4.1 to 4.8 on Tripadvisor, against 2.5 across 355 Trustpilot reviews. Senator Puerto Plata holds 4.3 and Senator Cádiz 4.1 on TripAdvisor, with a small group-level Trustpilot sample.
