Orders leave Cosenza by insured express courier at a flat €25 to the US, Canada and the UK, and €35 to China, Japan, South Korea and Singapore. Free shipping applies only to EU orders over €300. Australia has a storefront in Australian dollars, but no rate is published.

Duties are the part to check. The help-center shipping page says US and UK orders ship with duties paid and import charges in the checkout total, while the US shipping page and the terms say buyers outside the EU pay duties on delivery. Two US buyers on Trustpilot in 2026 report FedEx charges of $108 and $140. Get written confirmation from customer service ([email protected] or WhatsApp +39 388 9341174) before you pay.

Returns: tell the store within 14 days of delivery, then ship within 14 more days using its return label. You pay return shipping (€40 from the US, €30 from the UK, €60 elsewhere), and duties on the return are deducted. Using your own carrier adds a charge of 10 percent of the items' value. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt. Fragrances, candles, nail polish and opened cosmetics are excluded, and swimwear must be tried on over underwear.

Defects fall under the Italian Consumer Code's legal guarantee of conformity: email a photo, the order confirmation and the receipt, and you can ask for an identical replacement, an equivalent item or a refund of the price and shipping.

The Apartment buys for men and women across clothing, shoes, bags and accessories, plus a Beauty & Home section. Its own description names Rick Owens, Jacquemus, Golden Goose, Dolce & Gabbana, Brunello Cucinelli, Etro, Versace, Tom Ford, Palm Angels, Off-White and Maison Margiela, and its US listings also carry Givenchy, The Attico, Jil Sander, Max Mara, Victoria Beckham, Tory Burch, Courrèges and Uma Wang.

The Rick Owens pages run from T-shirts and Jumbolace sneakers to leather shorts, padded bombers and the Gemini leather bag. Jacquemus covers grosgrain-logo T-shirts, hoodies and caps, and Golden Goose ranges from belts to wool jackets and jeans.

Product pages list fiber content and the country of manufacture, for example 87 percent cotton and made in Italy for a Givenchy Paris embroidered cap, or 100 percent organic cotton and made in Portugal for a Casablanca printed jersey T-shirt.

Sizes are listed the Italian way, such as IT 46, 48 and 50 on Rick Owens menswear, and each product page carries conversion tables for IT, FR, UK, US and Chinese sizes covering clothing, jeans, shoes, shirts and belts. The store calls the tables indicative because fit varies by brand and garment.

On its men's chart, IT 48 is a medium (US 38), and on its women's chart IT 42 is a medium and a US 6. Its shoe table lists IT 42 as a US 9. Fit varies between designers, so read the brand's own fit notes as well.

Because returns from the US cost €40 and must reach the store unworn with tags, it pays to get the size right first. Prices are at designer level and shown in dollars on the US storefront: Jacquemus Grosgrain T-shirts have been listed at $180, Golden Goose crew-neck sweatshirts at $392 and Rick Owens padded bombers at $2,349. Dollar prices changed between our checks, so treat any figure as a guide and confirm the total in your cart.

The sale pages show the store's own markdowns, from 30 to 55 percent in our checks, such as a Rick Owens Blixa Jumbo Mac coat at $1,721 instead of $3,825 or Golden Goose Melody jeans at $267 instead of $446. One Trustpilot reviewer says the store would not refund the difference when a further 20 percent discount appeared days after their order, offering a return instead.
