What sets Amiro apart is the breadth of its at-home device range: As of October 25, 2026 the US store at amirobeauty.com lists 56 items, including the Spectra 10-in-1 and 5-in-1 LED face masks, two LED eye masks, the U1 device that pairs focused ultrasound with microcurrent, the HydraGlow red-light and microcurrent kit, the CryoLift cooling device, the T1 IPL hair remover and the PDRN Micro-Infusion microneedle kit, plus gels, serum pods and makeup mirrors. The radio-frequency devices the brand was known for are no longer for sale on the US store; only their accessories remain. Sessions are short, from three minutes a day for the eye masks to no more than two eight-minute U1 sessions a week, and only the eye masks and HydraGlow are daily devices. The store's contact policy names AMIRO (HK) Limited, 728 Nathan Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong, with email [email protected] (checked October 25, 2026). Support runs by email and live chat from 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, Hong Kong time (UTC+8), and no phone number is published. The company behind the brand is Shenzhen Accompany Technology, named in FDA records and in the Terms' contact address. The two Terms pages disagree: one names AMIRO (HK) Limited under Hong Kong law, the other "Amiro Official Store" under Chinese law, and its SMS section names another brand, Ulike (October 24, 2026). Australia has a separate store, amirobeauty.com.au.
